Water is much more than just hydration. But that's the beginning of the process of working on this Pillar. Just like with food, we often don't put much thought into the quality of what we are consuming. From the source of water, to the mineral content of it, and the container we use to carry it. All of these could be negatively affecting your health. But above nourishment, water has a spiritual component to it. We feel more at ease when we hear running water, we take warm baths and drink tea to relax, we get more creative and more emotional during rainy times. There's something about water that affects much more than what we think.
