Most people go to the gym without a clear purpose. “I want to tone up”, “I want to lose some weight”, “I just want to be more active”, etc. That is a generic response that the majority of gym-goers tell themselves.

Similarly, most people have the same response when it comes to personal goals. Life goes on and we hit the “automatic” button. Sooner or later, we find ourselves living a life that has happened to us, instead of the one we created.

There is a huge connection between fitness and living life. Being fit gives you the mental clarity and the physical capacity to be able to search and work toward your ultimate goals. 

My job is to help and guide clients on how to become their most Purposeful self through exercise, nutrition, habits modification and mindset work. A strong and capable body, along with a strong and capable mind, will always be a multiplier to what you can handle and accomplish.

Purposeful Fitness is the idea that fitness should serve a purpose (duh!). As simple as that sounds, many people go to the gym mindlessly, or worse, just to check a box in their daily routine. When you align your actions to your goals, you build a straight line to take you from where you are to where you want to go.
