For most of human history, the sun was treated as sacred—a divine force that shaped daily rhythms, health rituals, even cities and empires. People aligned their lives with the sun, not in fear of it, but in reverence for what it gave: light, warmth, healing, and order.
But somewhere along the way, we reversed this relationship. Now, we fear the sun. We hide from it. We label it as dangerous or inconvenient—something to block, avoid, and filter out. We’ve built a world of walls, roofs, screens, and artificial light that disconnects us from the very force that once governed our health and vitality.
