Relationships are basically the environment you spend time on. We know how important that is to our overall health because the environment can dictate much of our actions, habits and beliefs. It is the Nurture in the Nature vs Nurture argument. Cultivating supportive and positive relationships is very important, hence being a Pillar of Health.
