Movement being a Pillar of Health is a given. The benefits of daily movement are well known today. But the issue we run into now is that we are slapping a chunk of high intense exercise to compensate for a myriad of poor habits. Instead, we were designed to be often on the move: exploring, climbing, running, dancing, and moving for the sake of moving. It doesn't need to be intense and it doesn't need to be planned. In fact, if it isn't those it is even more enjoyable!
