Consultation

I offer a FREE 40 min consultation with anybody interested in learning more about the program or wanting to get more clarity in what they should do. If we agree that this program is the best course of action for you, we move to the next step.

Intake

This is where I learn more about you. Likes, dislikes, goals, current habits, work schedule, and any other relevant information that can dictate how we will work on your fitness. The more details we go over the more individualized your training will be.

Train

Now it's time to start working. This will include all prescriptions we talk about during Steps 1 and 2. Training regimen, nutritional guidelines, mindset exercises and other habits to help with recovery and stress management.

Consultation

At least once every 4-6 weeks we meet (in person or online) to discuss progress and challenges. This keeps you accountable and engaged in your training and allows me the chance to catch up to what's going on in your life and how that can affect you.

-PURPOSEFUL-

Purposeful has a few different aspects to its meaning:

  • Having a goal or aim: Something purposeful is done deliberately to achieve a specific outcome. It's the opposite of accidental or random. For example, "She went to college with a purposeful drive to become a doctor."

  • Showing determination: Purposeful can also describe someone who is resolute and firm in their intention to achieve something. Their actions and demeanor reflect their clear focus. For instance, "He had a purposeful stride as he walked towards the job interview."

  • Having meaning or significance: In this sense, purposeful describes something that is not frivolous or pointless. It has value and contributes to a larger objective. An example could be, "They volunteered at the animal shelter, finding purposeful work that helped animals in need."
